How does our technology work?
With our patented technology we are able to improve therapeutics that have to be injected by syringe regularly and during a longer period of time. One of the benefits we add to the product is that it has to be injected less often. This is possible because we “wrap” the medicine in miniscule balls we manufacture with our technology. These small balls can not be seen with the naked eye. They are injected subcutaneously, where a depot is created from which the medicine is released slowly. Because of that slow way of releasing, the medicine takes longer effect and moreover there are fewer fluctuations in concentration in the blood. Positive result: the possibility of side effects is smaller.
Our organisation
OctoPlus has a flat organisational structure. We have an excellent team spirit at operational level as well as at departmental level. To each department a member of the management team is linked who can be contacted by all employees of that department at all times. This possibility is used regularly.
